Voice minutes are the minutes counted while OLIVE is speaking. So, if a call lasts 5 minutes, but OLIVE only speaks for 3 of them, that entire call only counts as 3 voice minutes.
The Live-Listening Feature is perfect for businesses that may not be ready to adopt the full scope of AI, but could still benefit from an assistant. With Live-Listening, your employees can answer calls while OLIVE listens in and executes tasks in the background that are pertinent to the conversation. The Business Intelligence Hub, on the other hand, offers a more detailed analysis of your business's operations, including customer behavior, agent performance, and revenue trends, and offers solutions to improve your workflows with the end goal of increasing your bottom line.
Your data is as secure as you would like it to be. We do not sell your data. However, if you would like to opt in to allowing us access to your data (for the sole purpose of training our models), we will compensate you with additional voice minutes absolutely free of charge.
